Guided in three steps
Your gnome adventure starts here
We will walk you through it. Nothing is sent until you review everything and press the final button.
Step 1 of 3
Choose a photo of yourself
A front-facing photo with your face and shoulders works best. Smiles are encouraged.
Adults and your own photo only. This version is for people age 18 or older. Do not choose a child's photo or anyone else's photo.
Your photo will appear here
Nothing is uploaded yet.
UpDown
You stay in control
We remove hidden location and camera details first. OpenAI creates the artwork. Dragon's Tooth deletes the uploaded photo after processing, then saves the finished artwork, your optional chosen name, and a minimal private record so sharing and removal work. The chosen name is not sent to the AI.
Step 2 of 3
Create your gnome character
Start with an easy ready-made character or open the full creator. Every choice adds storybook style without changing who you are.
Choose the painting style
How should the artist paint you?
Both styles use your photo and the same character choices. These are real AI art directions—not pretend previews.
Your character
Who should your gnome be?
Choose this yourself—we never guess from your photo.
Please choose Man, Woman, or Non-binary.
Choose your path
How would you like to build?
Step 3 of 3
One last look before the magic
Check your photo and choices. You can go back and change anything.
Ready!
If entered, this is saved with your finished gnome and shown to anyone who opens its unlisted share link. It is not sent to the AI.

My saved gnomes
This device keeps each finished gnome's unlisted link, optional chosen name, and private removal control—never the uploaded photo. Keep a removal receipt if you may clear browser data.
Simple, clearly explained, and fun
What happens to my photo?
The artist creates
Only after you agree, the prepared copy and your choices go to OpenAI over HTTPS.
You share it
Dragon's Tooth saves the finished artwork at an unlisted link so you can download it or send it to friends.
No account and no identity matching. The uploaded photo is deleted after processing. The finished artwork, optional chosen name, and a minimal private record are saved for sharing and removal. The chosen name is not sent to the AI. Public use is optional and never preselected.
