Direct Booking · Launch Status

The stays are taking shape. Booking comes next.

We are building direct online reservations with real availability, hosted card checkout, and instant confirmation. Future inventory is intentionally held closed until the stays, rates, policies, and payment flow are ready.

What You Can Do Today

Current requests are still handled personally.

The current form is still the place for BYO tent stays, hiker parking, and Crash Pad questions—we answer those ourselves.

Future Online Inventory

Ten spaces, held for launch

These counts are the planned booking inventory. A closed status is not an opening promise and does not mean a guest has booked the space.

10 × 14 Glamping Tents

3 planned

Supplied tents on wooden platforms, planned for the spring 2027 opening phase. Furnishings, amenities, rates, policies, and first available dates are still being finalized.

Reservations closed

Dome Cabins

2 planned

Two woodland dome-cabin stays are planned for spring 2027. The construction photos show genuine progress, not completed or rentable guest rooms.

Reservations closed

Hiker Parking

5 spots

Five parking spots will be tracked as individual online inventory so a paid reservation cannot be sold twice. Current parking requests remain manual for now.

Online booking closed

Current BYO tent and parking requests: use the existing request form. Future glamping tents and dome cabins are not accepting requests or payment yet.

A Little Trail Magic · Coming Later

Hiker Crash Pad

The Crash Pad is the easygoing side of Dragon's Tooth—a patch of ground where trail people can walk in, pitch a tent, and exhale for a while.

This little spot is for folks coming in on foot with an AT hiker tag or ALDHA membership. Most folks will probably settle along the creek beside the ponds, about 250 feet uphill from the dome cabins, giving everyone a little breathing room.

The glamping tents are up on top of the hill. The wide, flat path between the two areas stays open for wandering, with good tent ground by the creek and the front lawn there too if it calls your name.

The Direct-Booking Path

What guests will use at launch

The finished flow will keep card details on a hosted payment page and will confirm a stay only after payment and inventory checks succeed.

Choose dates

Enter arrival and departure or parking dates.

See availability

Only ready, open inventory will be offered.

Add guest details

Provide the information needed for the stay.

Hosted checkout

Pay on the payment processor's secure page.

Get confirmation

Receive a reservation only after the system verifies payment.

No card-entry form is active on this site today. The live payment path will be tested before any unit is opened, and unavailable dates can remain closed until the real opening date is set.

Later Construction Phases

Designed now, not sold early

These future options can be prepared in the booking structure without being represented as completed lodging.

Future phase · closed

Three-dome cabin

Targeted for completion by the end of summer 2027. The target may move as construction continues, and no reservations are being accepted.

Draft inventory · closed

Bunkhouse

Planned as a later guest option on a roughly 24–30 month construction horizon from October 2026. It remains a future listing, not a finished building.

Follow the Real Progress

We will open the calendar only when it is ready.

The Building page carries dated, current photographs. This page will change from closed status to real dates, rates, and checkout only after the complete reservation flow passes testing.
